We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely pleased, simply return the unused item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the order. Your refund will include the purchase price and original shipping and handling charges.

How do I return an item?

·    Follow the return instructions on the pack slip that came with your product. Complete, detach & enclose the return form with your item.

·    Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.

·    Repack all contents. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

·    Cover or remove all original shipping labels from the box or package.

·    Keep the Invoice until your return is processed.

·    Use any carrier of your choice – be sure to insure your items in the event that it is lost or stolen. Most carriers such as UPS,  Federal Express or DHL will give you an automatic $100 insured value.

·    For returns:  credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
